  Paul Deslauriers

Founder, president

Paul has over twenty-three years experience as an organizational development consultant, management coach, and workshop facilitator. He has employed his innovative, new-paradigm concepts for "high energy group performance" with such clients as Hoechst, Ringling Brothers/Barnum and Bailey Circus,  IKEA, and over seventy TV broadcasters and advertising agencies. He authored IN THE HIGH-ENERGY ZONE: The 6 Characteristics of Highly Effective Groups, among other published works.

              Paul Deslauriers, an eco-scientist turned business consultant has a master's degree in mechanical and oceanic engineering. He attended a Catholic seminary and taught yoga and personal growth programs at Kripalu Center.  He has conducted research in ocean and coastal ecology for MIT, and has worked as an environmental consultant for the U.S. Coast Guard, NOAA, and the EPA.significant improvements.

  Christine Warren

Senior consultant/trainer

Christine is the former Director of the Foxhollow Leadership Center, where she directed Leadership Intensives with executives from numerous industries. Christine has directed seminars in Personal Growth, Empowerment and Self Esteem, and Relationships since 1978, training over 12,000 participants.

She has served as NRG Senior Trainor since 1985.
