In 1990 Tom Monahan was featured in
The Wall Street Journal's long-running
Creative leaders campaign. On the day
this full page appeared on the leading
business publication's back cover Tom
became the youngest person ever featured
in the series, as well as one of the few
featured advertising professionals from
outside of New York City .

At a celebratory event hosted by The Wall
Street Journal in Boston, Dow Jones
Publishing vice president, Bernie Flanagan said the honor not only acknowledged Tom's contributions to the advertising business, but was in recognition of how he thinks, a prophetic statement given Tom's current career as a professional creative thinking coach.
